Your donation helps provide backpacks for youth in foster care and welcome baskets for young adults aging out of foster care as they transition into their first home through Cumberland Youth & Family Services.

Many young adults leave foster care without the everyday essentials most people receive from family support. The Rooted Mission exists to meet both practical and spiritual needs during this important life transition.
